Shipments and returns
DELIVERIES
Delivery country
Delivery is available throughout Metropolitan France (Corsica, Monaco, Andorra as well) and in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go.
Once the order has been validated, the address specified by the Customer cannot be modified. the carrier and Le Neomad will not be responsible in the event of impossibility of delivery due to an inaccuracy in the delivery address (knowing that the designation of PO boxes is prohibited).
Delivery is made as follows:
The package is delivered to the recipient's mailbox or against signature if its weight is greater than 5kg. If the recipient's mailbox cannot contain the package, a transit advice note is left there. It indicates the coordinates of the post office where the Customer can collect the package. The Customer has a period of 14 consecutive days to recover it. Beyond this period, the package will be returned to Le Neomad.
The Customer can follow the progress of the delivery of his order on the La Poste website with the tracking number which will have been communicated to him by e-mail.
In the event of a delay in delivery, which would be more than 7 working days than that indicated when ordering, the sales contract may be terminated at the request of the Customer, who will be fully reimbursed. The request is made by e-mail to the following address contact@leneomad.fr
Delivery costs are in accordance with the current rates charged by our carrier COLISSIMO and vary according to the weight of the package and the place of delivery.
There are different rates depending on the delivery areas: France, Europe (EU), Europe outside the EU and international (Africa, Asia, North America)
The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the "basket" section and is subject to the Customer's approval before validation of each order.
CARRIERS
Delivery is made by Colissimo.
From the date of delivery of the package by Le Neomad company, the Colissimo service of the Post Office undertakes to deliver the packages within 5/6 working days anywhere in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra and 7/10 days for Europe and international. The delivery of the parcel is subject to the signature of the recipient. In the event of absence, a notice of proceedings is left in your customer's mailbox, notifying him that he has 15 days to collect the package from the post office.
Delivery delay
Standard delivery in mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra: 5 to 6 working days*
Concerning the products available for pre-order, the deadlines will be extended. A production time of 1 month is to be expected.
At any time, it is possible to consult the progress of the delivery on the La Poste website with the tracking number which will have been communicated to you beforehand in your shipping email.

DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are fixed and defined according to the current Colissimo rate table.
Costs may vary depending on the country of delivery and the weight of the package.
Additional taxes that may be added depending on the country of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the "basket" section and is subject to the Buyer's approval before validation of each order.
RETURNS
Provided that the products are still in their original packaging and that they have not been worn, washed, ironed, touched up or soiled. The Buyer benefits from a withdrawal period of fifteen days (15) from the delivery of his order.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use Colissimo. The “return” shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of his return, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail of the processing of his request. Le Neomad reserves the right to refuse a return in the following cases:
Return out of time (beyond 14 working days)
Non-compliant return since the products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
After receipt and validation of your return package, the refund will be made within 15 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email. The Buyer will be reimbursed in full for the amount of the returned parts and the “one-way” shipping costs, in accordance with the Châtel Law. The “return” shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
If you wish to make an exchange, it will be necessary to request a refund and place a new order.
Special cases
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
All products delivered to the carrier by Le Neomad company are and remain in perfect condition. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete goods, the Buyer must refuse delivery and mention his reservations on the delivery note.
The Purchaser must then inform Le Neomad by e-mail to the address contact@leneomad.fr, requesting a new compliant delivery, the corresponding shipping costs being borne by the company Le Neomad, or the cancellation of the sale and its reimbursement.
I received a faulty item, what should I do?
We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the comments of our customers. If you consider the item received to be visibly defective, please contact us before returning the package to the following address:

The “return” shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon receipt of your return, we will send the item concerned to our quality department, which will determine the causes of this problem. If it is indeed a manufacturing defect on our part, we will offer you an exchange or, depending on your preference, a refund for your item.
An item is missing from my package, what should I do?
